Back 2 Black Barber & Ink is one venture under The Shift Collective — the umbrella company founded by Jasmine, and the home base for everything we're building.
This started with two mechanics. Jasmine and Brandon both came up turning wrenches — fixing what's broken and building with their hands. That hands-on, build-it-yourself spirit is the foundation under everything we do, from the barber chair to the tattoo station and beyond.
The Shift Collective is growing into something bigger: a 24-hour ecosystem right here in Sacramento. By day — automotive services and innovation, creative studios, education and training, business incubation, and co-working. By night, The Late Shift Access keeps it going with live performances, DJs, gaming, and culture.
As we grow, so does the mission: more ventures, more jobs, and more room for creators and entrepreneurs to rise with us.
